This morning was a very pretty morning. I went to the community garden with Sue. There were several volunteers there today. Alice, Missy, Sue Jennings, Marta, Doug, Linda, And Diane. And of course Sue. She picked me up early and took me there.
I made an apple pie for the lunch. Doug, Missy, and Marta had to leave early to go to a farewell luncheon, so we stopped for a break to have the pie before they left. Everyone likes my pie.
Doug grows the tomatoes at the garden. These are his first tomatoes from the plants. He wraps each one in a sock or a plastic baggie to protect it from the fruit fly. Otherwise the fruit fly would ruin them all.
Today for lunch we had sloppy joes made from local grass fed beef and vegetables from the garden. We also had vegetables from the garden: fried sweet potatoes, fried potatoes, stringbeans, and salad. Every week they make lunch using mostly things from the garden or things produced locally.
I am making scarecrows for the garden. So far I have three almost done.

Memorial Day Weekend
I knew that this weekend was going to be a long one. So I decided that if I kept myself busy that it would pass quicker. So this weekend I did all sorts of things. I cleaned the refrigerator. I mended my clothing and did 2 loads of laundry. I turned the bed mattress around. My pillow were rather flat, so I got the better pillows out of the top closet shelf and exchanged them with the ones on the bed. Outdoors I cut the weeds out of the fence line that were interfering with my flowers. I hosed down the back of the house trying to get rid of the spider webs. I got the dust and dirt washed off but those spider webs are really strong. Even with the hose on jet spray, those webs still survived. I made a pillow for my back for the lounge chair. Cleaned out the freezer. And importantly, I killed a centipede that I found in my bathroom. Probably the most important thing I did this weekend. I rearranged and sorted about 200 of my books. And I did four of the hard jigsaw puzzles. I didn't have time to read like I usually do. And I cleaned my closets and bureau drawers to see if I could find any clothes that needed mending.
Today is Tuesday and the weekend is over. And I'm tired!!!!!!!!!
Oh I forgot to tell you. I found an anole on my back fence. It was beautiful!!! It was all green, but when it blew up its throat I could see pretty bright pink. It is the first one that I have seen here. I frequently see geckos and chamelions on my big tree out back. I have a hugh kukui nut tree.

I made a cake and took it. Everybody eats lunch together there when they are finished working. Almost all of the food comes out of the garden for the lunch. This week they had a vegetable soup, bok choy stir fry, friend sweet potatoes, sauteed green beans, beets, and egg salad.

Another Flower Just Started Blooming
This flower just started blooming in my garden. The bush now has 6 flowers on it. I don't know what it is called, but the flowers smell very nice. It smells very much like a lily of some kind.

I've Got a Job
Here I am sitting in my lounge chair doing my latest job. I'm shelling bean pods for Sue to save the seed to be planted in the community garden. This bean is a special one. It is a purple stringbean that turns green when you cook it. It is called Purple Teepee. It is no longer available in the seed catalogs, so the community garden has to grow its own seeds.

Inside My Friend"s Home
Here we are enjoying time at Dick and Judith's home. Judith makes the most delicious roast turkey and often invites us over. Bob took this picture. From left to right, there is Sue, Judith, Dick, and me.
Judith frequently invites me over and she is a very good cook. She also keeps bringing me flowers and plants. She is one of my best friends here.

Sunday Dinner with Friends
Sue, Bob and I were invited to my friends' house for a special Sunday dinner. Judith baked a big turkey and made mashed potatoes, gravy, filling, and peas. Ice cream for dessert.
In the photo I am sitting on the sofa with Dick. The dog is Bella, a German Shepherd Sue gave Dick and Judith 4 years ago. Bella is a very nice dog but she is very strong and energetic. She is a good watch dog for Judith.
Judith likes to do flower arranging and ceramics. So there are many flowers around the house. The cups we ate the ice cream from were made by Judith.

Puzzles Today
I did this puzzle yesterday in my spare time. I usually work on it 2-3 hours a day. I was able to do this one really fast. It use to take me 4 times as long but it goes along a lot easier now. I'm a lot more mentally alert now than I was a few years ago.
This is the one I am working on today.
Over the years I have collected dozens of puzzles. Some of them I have done several times, but months apart. The ones that I didn't like I did them, but then I donated them to the market table the sells things to raise money for the Ka'u Hospital.
Easter Dinner

Out for Easter |
Sue and Bob frequently take me to the Naystation for dinner. It is like a museum with about 10,000 small items on display. It is very interesting and you see more each time you go. John Nay use to work at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC. He's always bringing in new items.
I meet a lot of my friends up here. I never saw so many different kinds of butterflys from so many different countries. John has hundreds on display. There is one large butterfly that when you turn it upside down it is completely different in coloration and pattern. I think it is from Peru. He gave me one from Peru that I have in a little glass case. It was a present for my 86th birthday from John and Myrna.

A Cup of Tea
I have not been on the computer for a while. It has rained twice since the last time I posted on my blog. Rain is not too common at my house. So two rains in one week is unusual. The rain will be good for my flowers. I won't have to use a hose for a week.
I am working on a new jigsaw puzzle today. A 1000 piece one! These big puzzles take me a week to do. They take up the entire table. That I why I don't like 1000 piece puzzles. I don't have any room left on the table to work.
Sue and Bob came today. So I stopped to make some tea. I have to make sure that I remember to drink enough liquids. So I make tea or drink something between meals.
I like living here ok. Bob and Sue make sure that I have what I need. I think about my grand children. Sometimes I wish I lived closer to them. Sue says the this blog is a way that I can share a little of my life with them. I hope you like it.

Apple Pie
I made an apple pie for the market. It is always popular. Every piece sells. People like my apple pie a lot. I forgot to have Sue take a picture of it. I told her that next time we have to remember to take a picture to put on this computer so that you can see it.
I usually bake something for the market. I sometimes make a sour cream pound cake. Other times I make an apple pie or a cherry pie.

Funny Day Today
Today is a funny day. There is not a breathe of air stirring. Not a bird flying or singing. Nothing moving, and there is no sun and no rain. It's just still. I don't think we've had a day like this before since Daddy and I moved here. There is a thick mist on the hill so that I cannot see the cows, or the hill. Sue said that it may be raining up there. It is very pretty here but not today. There is no sun to make the flowers look pretty. I hope tomorrow is nicer.

Naalehu from Up Above
Just before we drive down off the mountain I can see my town. It looks so far away. I can not see my house because it is hidden by the trees. But I can see the shopping center and the school. And a few houses.
Bob and Sue own some land in Mark Twain. You cannot tell exactly where their land is in this photo, but it is on the plain beyond the town. It is in the trees. It is only a little piece of land and does not have a house on it. They plan to retire there. When they sell their present home, they will build a little retirement house there.

Retired Horses
There are a lot of horses here in Hawaii. We see horses all the time when we drive back from Pahala. Sue says that these two horses are very old and are retired. It is a very pretty place to spend your retirement years. But there is no barn for them to get into in the bad weather. Sue says that they do not need a barn because it never gets cold and never snows. I guess she is right.
All the horses and cows are fat here. The grass in this part of the island is very good for the animals. That is why there are so many cows and horses here.

Cows
When we come home from paying the rent, Sue takes us on the upper cane haul road. It is a beautiful drive way up the side of the mountain. (Sue corrects me and says that it is the volcano, but I still call it a mountain.) It doesn't look like Hawaii up there. It looks more like New York to me. There are big pastures and lots of cows and horses. Not a palm tree in sight. Just cows and horses.
When Daddy and I first moved here this road was not paved. It was very bumpy. After a rain storm the road was washed out in places making it very hard to drive. Daddy would not drive up here, but Sue would bring us. She is not afraid to drive on a bad road. Sometimes she had to get out of the car to check the road to see if the car could make it. We never broke down or got stuck. It was a miracle.

Me in the VW
Here we are parked in the lot in front of the bank, where I pay my rent. We take Bob's car, his red VW. It is comfortable to ride in. It gets windy with the top down but it is fun. People sometimes walk by and ask me if the car is mine. I tell them no, it belongs to my son-in-law. I wonder if they really believe that I can drive? I turned in my drivers license when I was 82. So I don't drive anymore. Amyway, I don't think I could drive his car. I don't know how.
Kau Coast and Ocean
Sue took some photos on my trip to Pahala. This is the coast from the road going to Pahala. The ocean is really blue blue, not like the Atlantic Ocean at all. Sue and I like to stop here on the trip and look at the ocean. It is so pretty. Sometimes we get to see a whale, but not today.
Daddy's ashes were spread down in the little cove there. It is hidden by the hill so you can't see the cove in this photo. But it is very special. He liked this spot the best on the whole island. We use to stop there and eat lunch on our way back from Pahala. Sue would set up a cardtable and we would eat sandwiches and malasadas.

What I'm Doing Today
I have to go to Pahala, the neighboring town, to pay my rent today. Sue drives me over. We're going to take Bob's car, a VW convertible. It is a very pretty drive right along the coastline. The scenery is beautiful! The ocean here is very blue compared to the Atlantic Ocean. And very clear. You can see the fish along the bottom of the coast, many feet down.
My Kitchen
This is my kitchen. You can't really see it but I have a teapot collection on a shelf above the range area. There are 9 of them. The three plates on the wall are bird plates. And yes the floor is white, not brown like this photo shows. It must be the lighting and shade. I know because I'm the one that washes it.

Working on the wash.
I keep active doing the laundry. Here I am bringing in the wash. I'm all the go all day. I never thought I would be so active at 90 years old!
Flower Arrangement
This is one of the flower arrangements on my dining room table. I make about 3 to 4 arrangements a week. It cheers up the house.
Snow on the Mountain Bush
I think this bush is called Snow on the Mountain. The more water I give it the more colorful it gets. It was only 8 inches tall when I put it in. Now it's a big bush.

My Living Room
Here's my living room. Again, it is much brighter than this picture gives the impression. That's Carmen laying on this sofa. The sofa is a white leather, and Carmen has a blanket and a pillow to lay on. The dark mat in front of the sofa it to give her traction so that she doesn't slip. At 12 years old, she needs a little help.
Those three pictures on the wall are the pettipoints that I did when we were living on Schoolhouse Road near the shore. I brought them to Hawaii with me. After spending months doing them, I couldn't bear to part with them.

Blue Bush
This was only 12 inches tall when I put it in, and now it is about 5 feet tall. It has dozens of blooms on it all the time, almost continuously. I think I have the most colorful yard in the neighborhood.
It's hard to plant bushes here because of the lava. It is almost right on the surface. So it is very hard to dig a hole. Instead of using a shovel, I have to use a hand pick. Good exercise!!!!

My Hibiscus
This flower is big, it's about 7 inches across! It is one of the prettiest hibiscus, I think. It blooms almost all year around. In fact, it has never stopped blooming for me. It is right opposite my front door, about ten feet away from the house.

Fran and the Puzzle
This is me doing one of my jigsaw puzzles. i can't sit still just doing nothing, so I am lucky that I have puzzles and gardening to do. Housework helps too but it's not as much fun!
If you want something to keep you young, buy a house with all white floors. This one has all white tile floors. Pretty but a lot of work.
Church in Naalehu
This is the Methodist Church here in Naalehu. There are many churches in town but this one is the most prominent and pretty. All the tourists take photos of this one. That is Bob in the red hat. He is drinking a latte from the coffee truck that parks on the church lawn.
On the hill behind the church, sugar cane use to be grown. Now it is a cow pasture. The hills are very green and very pretty. I can see the hills from my living room window.

When I moved here there were no plants or flowers in the yard. Now it is very bushy and colorful. I apparently did a lot of gardening, no wonder I am so tired. I feel much better when I keep active.
Amy, why is your brother going to Uganda? That's in Africa isn't it? I have never travelled much. I am a homebody. When is he leaving? Does he have a wife? Children? It sounds like a big move. It's a shame he cannot take his dog. My dog is like a child to me. I would not think of leaving her behind if I had to move. She is my family now.
I did not name Carmen myself. Her previous owner named her, but I do not know why. But Carmen is a nice name. And she likes it.
I go to the doctor this afternoon. Nothing is wrong. It is just for a yearly check up. My ear is doing fine now. And other than not having a lot of stamina like I use to have when I was younger, I think I am ok. I do not take any medicines. I just take a multivitamin, cranberry, and glucosamine every day, and an iron pill twice a week. I make sure to eat a well varied diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. I eat a half a papaya with breakfast every day because it stops me having leg cramps at night. I don't know why it works, but it does.
It is so good to hear from you Amy. Thank you for writing to me.

Windy Monday
I'm not in the mood to sit down and write today. But I will tell you that it is very windy here. It blew all last night and this morning there are lots of wind gusts that rattle the windows. Sue says it is the tradewinds blowing today.
I made a new flower arrangement for my kitchen table. I used lots of colorful leaves and a flower spike off of a ti plant. Funny things about the ti plant. It has only bloomed once since I have moved here. It's a odd looking flower.
Last week I did a lot of hard level jigsaw puzzles. They are the ones that you would swear have missing pieces. But eventually the pieces jump out at you and they are not missing afterall. I've learned that our minds really work different than I expected. I can get totally frustrated and not find a thing, but if I stop for a while and come back to it, I can almost instantly find dozens of pieces that fit. What an odd thing to happen. I wonder why the mind works like that.
Sue worked at the community garden this morning. She brings the lunch leftovers for us to eat. Today we had potato soup, fresh beets, and corn on the cob.

What to say?
So, what do I talk about today?
I have four new plants to put in my garden. Judith and Dick brought them this morning. They kept me company for about two hours. Getting old isn't lonely. I have so many friends.

Today is Tuesday!
I got the new puzzles in the mail and I've done three of them already. The donut one was hard to do, but after a few days I got it done. The next one I did was marine fish. It was a lot of fun and not terribly hard. Today I started the puppy and kitten one. It seems to be a hard one. It's going very slow.
I'm into flower arranging now. Judith, a friend of mine, goes to a class of flower arranging and I am learning from her. I have lots of leaves and flowers in my yard to work with. My house is now starting to look like a florist shop. The latest one is really pretty, Sue says.
I'm so glad to hear from you Amy. I seem to be getting younger, not older. At least I'm having more fun.

Quick Note
Bob and Sue stopped by on their way home. So I just wanted to say hi. I'm doing ok.
I hear that there is going to be a big snow storm back East. Ken, I hope you and Blanche will be ok. You too, Wyatt and Amy. I miss the snow, but I know that it is no fun for you to have to drive in. Be safe.

Sunny Wednesday
I hope everybody is doing as well as I am. I seem to be getting younger every year. I guess it's because I am more active.
Today was a town market day, but I didn't bake anything this week. Sue wasn't going to set up a table today. Jerry, the pie guy, came by and asked for an apple pie for next week. So I guess I'll keep busy.
I'm glad that I have Carmen. I feel a lot safer because she is a good watchdog. The other night about 2 in the morning she barked up a storm. Someone must have been outside. Nothing past Carmen! She hears things even when she is asleep. It's surprising how alert she is. She's doing alright for being 12 years old.
I don't feel old anymore. There is another woman in our town who just turned 101. And she still gardens with her roses.

Another Weekend
The weekends always seem long to me. I guess that's because Bob isn't here. I am use to him working in the spare bedroom that he uses as his office. But Saturday morning Bob and Sue stopped by for an hour. It was nice having them here. Sue and I worked on the jigsaw puzzle together.
I don't feel very chatty today. I don't know why. So I guess I won't type anymore.

Been Busy
I've been keeping myself very busy this week. I did some housecleaning and washed the floor. On Tuesday I baked a cake for the town market. Sue takes it there and sells pieces. Everyone seems to like the cake.
Yesterday Bob and Sue looked at Barnes and Noble on the computer for jigsaw puzzles. I found 6 new puzzles to try. They are all very colorful. 4 of them are 500 pieces and 2 are 300 pieces. I like the colorful ones. I really like the cartoonish type but there wasn't any. So I choose some animal ones, one of all kinds of different donuts, and a pretty landscape. I am looking forward to them arriving in the mail.
I do the laundry in my new machine. Bob bought it at Costco. It is rather fancy for being a basic machine. It does a much better job than any machine I had before. The machines are getting better. So I do the laundry for myself and for Bob and Sue. I like to do it. It gives me something to do. But Sue doesn't like me to hang out the big sheets by myself. We disagree on that because I can do it my myself just fine. On days like today, the wash dries very quickly. It is sunny and breezy.
Today for lunch we had really good roast beef sandwiches from Hana Hou. Hana Hou is a small restaurant here in Naalehu. It is the southernmost restaurant in the United States. The person who runs it is one of Bob and Sue's neighbors. She is a very good cook and baker. I like to go there to eat on special occasions.
This afternoon I will read some of my book and work on the jigsaw puzzle. I read lots of books. I like romance novels set in the 19th century. But I read other kinds of books too, like mysteries and autobiographies.

It's Monday Again
The weekends seem so long. Bob doesn't work on the weekends, so I don't have anyone here. Sue calls me both days to check in. Sometimes Judith will come for a visit, but usually she comes during the week. So I spend my time reading, doing puzzles, doing some house cleaning, and sometimes working a little outdoors on my garden.
Monday is always good. Bob arrives around 8 am. Sue comes later and brings lunch. Monday is the day that Sue works at the community garden, so we often have fresh vegetables that she stirfrys or steams along with fresh eggs, also from the garden's chickens.
My earache seems to be gone. But I have to medicate it for the next week. I don't want it to come back. I have a hard time sleeping when it does.
The sun is shining today and it is breezy. A perfect day for drying clothes. So I did two loads of laundry and put it out on the line. The first load was dry by the time the second load was ready to come out of the washer.
The puzzle I am working on is a very hard one. It is called Birds and Butterflies but there is only one bird and zero butterflies. Funny name. The puzzle is very difficult. I have done it three or four times before, but I think this will be my last time with this one. It isn't fun to do. The pieces don't stick together very well so it falls apart when I try to move sections around. And the picture is of a painting, so the colors and lines are sometimes hard to follow. Time to retire this one. Ill have Sue take it to the town market on Wednesday and put it on the table to raise money for the hospital.

Chop That Grass!
I have been very annoyed with a type of grass the has been growing in the yard near the clothes line. Sue says it is called guinea grass. I call it that damn grass. It grows ten times faster than the rest of the grass. It gets tall and grows in thick clumps, I'm afraid that I will trip over it. I asked Pam, the person who cuts the grass and trims the bushes, to spray it with round- up. Well, she sprayed alright, but she missed the clumps mostly.
I finally got fed up with it today and took my handpick and chopped the clumps out.It took me most the morning. I got almost every big clump out. Even the ones by the fence.
I'm tired now. Sue brought lunch today, a nice chicken vegetable soup. I shared some of my lunch with Carmen, my dog. She begs a little but is really very polite. I like to spoil her, a little.
After lunch I plan to work on a new jigsaw puzzle called Birds and Butterflies.

Wednesday
Today started out very sunny, but by lunch it became cloudy. It got chilly enough that I had to close all my windows. We do not usually get days like this.
My amaryllis bulbs are blooming again. Everyone tells me that they only bloom once a year, but I get them to bloom off and on almost continuously. They only take a rest period in November for a month or so. The red ones don't bloom as often as the orange ones. If I keep them well watered and fertilized, they do fabulously. I have a special one blooming right now, a pink striped one.
I have one large bush with blue flowers that blooms almost continuously all year long. I think it is called a plumbago. There were no flowers or bushes when I started renting this house, but now it is very beautiful. I have amaryllis, hibiscus, orchids, plumbago, and several other very pretty bushes that I don't know the name of. I still like to garden. And indoors I have a peach colored Christmas cactus that blooms every year.
Because of all my friends bringing me plants, my place looks like a florist shop sometimes. One friend brings me flower arrangements that she makes in a flower class that she attends. They are beautiful.

email for Linda & Michael, Morgan, and Kevin?
If you know their emails could you let them know about my blog. Sue sent an email to Linda but the address was an old one, so we don't know if she got it.
Monday - Ken and Blanche
This will be great to be able to talk with you this way. I'm doing well as long as I stay away from the centipedes. I've killed two in the house since that last one bite me. Sue gave me a can of insect spray to kill them with from a distance. It works.
How are the two of you doing now? Keep well so that you can live top be as old as I am. It is hereditary, so I hear.
Is the weather cold there now? It is cold in the morning here this time of year, but by 9 am it is warm again. I still miss the snow. Bob and Sue don't.
Love, Mom

Monday - To Amy
Hi Amy! So good to hear from you. I can't imagine how big Caden is by now.
It must be mental telepathy because I was just wondering if Angel was still alive. I've been thinking of it all week. I had her about three years before I gave her to you. Sue says that they live about 20 years in captivity. I miss her. I'm glad that you're taking such good care of her. Thank you!
I'm still very active. I do my own house work, cooking, gardening, etc. I guess I've never learned how to grow old.
After 22 years my cat Ashley died. There was a dog whose owner died, so the dog needed a home. So I adopted her. She is easy to take care of, very loving, and a good watch dog. She is 12 years old so we are growing old together. Her name is Carmen. She was named by her previous owner. She is a short haired mix breed dog, about 20 pounds. She looks like a terrier mix of some sort. Of course she insists sleeping on the blanket at the bottom of my bed. Luckily I have a double bed. So there is plenty of room for the two of us. She's a very intelligent dog, so she learned to go to bed as soon as the light is turned off. I don't have to walk her, I just put her on a line by my back door three times a day, and she is perfect.
Love, Grandmom

Went to Doctor
Bob convinced me to go back to the doctor for my ear. During the day it doesn't bother much, but at night it keeps me from being able to sleep. So I now have different medication to use. Today I am feeling much better. I even did the laundry!
I finished the lighthouse jigsaw puzzle this morning. It looks very pretty. There is one piece missing, so I won't keep this one. It will go onto the donation table at the market where they raise money for our local hospital.
This afternoon I tied up oneof my hibiscus bushes. The stems are about five feet long and are spawling about in every direction. So I used some old clothes line and tied the branches to the picket fence. Now they stand up nicely. When I I'd this I saw hat he bush had bugs on tips of the branches. Maybe mites or aphids. So I mixed up a bucket of soapy water and doused the branches well. That should take care of the bugs for now.

Tuesday
My earache isn't bothering me as much, but it is still there. I hope it goes away soon. But at least I was able to sleep last night.
Yesterday it rained quite a bit and today it is cloudy. This will help keep the ground moist. The grass already looks greener today.
My jigsaw puzzle is about 3/4 done. This one is hard but I can look on the picture and figure it out. Some puzzles have small or blurry pictures. Those I cannot do. I like this lighthouse puzzle, so maybe I will keep it and do it again. Some of my puzzles I have done 6-7 times already.
Today I did the wash. I can still hang it out and fold it myself. Not bad for an old lady. I like doing the wash. It gives me something to do.
The batteries on my old telephones were going bad. They did not last long and cut off my phone calls sometimes. Sue bought me a new set from Costco. She set them up yesterday. So now I have new telephones. I keep the main one in the kitchen, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The last two I keep on the floor in case I should fall down and not be able to get up. At least I could crawl to the phone and call 911.
I am looking forward to talking with people on my blog. I know it will take time for people to find it. I will wait.

Sunny Monday
It rained here over the weekend but it is nice and sunny now today. We really needed the rain because everything was so dry. Now I won't have to water my plants for the next week. I have some very pretty flowering plants that people have given me. Two very different and striking hibiscus, several orchids, a tri-colored snow on the mountain bush, a blue plumbago bush, and dozens of amaryllis.
I still have my earache but it only seems to bother me at night when I am trying to sleep. Bob brought me a triangle wedge, so tonight I will try propping myself on that for sleeping. I hope it makes a difference.
The jigsaw puzzle I am working on is all lighthouses. It is difficult but interesting. Every lighthouse is different. I use a small magnifying glass so that I can look for the little differences between the lighthouses.

Friday
I am glad to be able to talk with everybody now. I hope everyone finally finds out what my blog address is.
Today I feel really good. I am very active for my age. And I feel that I will live to be 100!
I do my own housework still. And some gardening. Yesterday I used a small handpick and dug a hole. I was then able to plant a small tree that a friend gave to me. It i dry , so I will have to drag the hose around and give the plant a drink.
I still like to bake. I sometimes bake a cake or a pie to sell at the local farmers market. Everybody seems to enjoy it. And I make a lot of friends that way.
I haven't had to go to the doctor for almost a year, but today I woke up with an earache. So Bob took me to the doctor. Sue is driving to Pahala this afternoon to pick up the prescription medicine. It's nothing serious, so it should go away quickly.
Thanks to everyone I had a nice Christmas and New Years. Except for the firecrackers on New Years Eve all night upsetting my dog.

Something New
Hi everyone! This is a new experience for me. I am learning how to blog. I hope that I am learning!
My daughter has created this blog so that I can keep in touch with my children and grandchildern......and greatgrandchildren!
Today in Naalehu, Hawaii it is windy, but sunny. A really nice day out. But I am indoors most of the time and spend my free time doing jigsaw puzzles. I like the 500 piece puzzles the best. And of those, I like colorful ones and cartoon types.
So I will call some of you to let you know that I now have a blog. Please let everyone else know how to find me. My blog address is naalehufran.blogspot.com
